any help would be appreciated because I really want a dog but my mom is allergic

Love the Havanese breed.
You could look in the classifieds, or ask if anyone you know has one and where they got it.
Also, no dog is TRULY hypo allergenic. Make sure you know for sure the breed isn’t going to bother your mom, or else it will end up in a shelter somewhere.
