Toy Poodle Or Havanese ?

well which one should i get, do u have any recommendations. female or male?
i live in an apartment
i prefer something that the easiest to house break , and litter box train
i will probably take it for a daily walk but not longer than 45 min – hour
i can play with it for hours, usually i am home all day long in summer , but less in the winter ( may be i am down 4 days for 6 hours)
i dont have allergies ( i think)
there isnt much grooming places in my country
i would like dogs who dont salivate much
very small size , and intelligent to learn tricks!
i feel i am writing a cv but since i live with my mom , if i get something that bothers her , i will never hear the end of it!

Getting a dog is a life long commitment, you cannot just dictate you will only be available when you want to be. This will be a living creature who will depend on you for its very life. If it is lonely or sick or scared or hungry, you are responsible! You have to make the time. I would suggest you get a pretty stuffed animal (no grooming or time commitment) and go spend a few hours a week at a animal rescue service and learn what it takes to have a living being rely on you. Any dog will cry when it is left alone for as long as you will be gone in the winter. Will your mom take it out to potty or just walk when you are not home? You cannot expect it to just sit and be pretty while you are gone. That means it will get bored and will find entertainment and that can mean your stuff becoming its toys, and generally becomes destructive behavior. Both dogs you ask about require a large amount of grooming.
Well I was never a poodle person, but I got one 2 years ago and I’m addicted! They adapt to your environment and just are the sweetest smartest dogs and I have other dogs, but the toy poodle now I know why people are so in love with them
Don’t ask us, research about the breed that you want to get. You are the one that will take care of the dog in possibly eight to ten years, you will be the one that will be with the dog throughout its life, so I suggest you do your research about the breeds like a school project.
In my opinion, judging by the things that you said on the question, the Toy Poodle would be the better choice, they are easier to train, they are smart enough for the tricks that you want it to know (of course, you better teach it properly to get it right).
The only downfall the Toy Poodle (and the Havanese I believe) is that they are hypoallergenic dogs (if you have studied, you should know what this means), and they do not shed at all. This can be a problem as you said there aren’t that much grooming places near you.
