Dog Wont Respond To?

ive been trying to potty train my two 3 month toy poodle and my havanese. i take then outside after every meal, play, and sleep, and give them a treat. ive been doing this for 2 weeks. the thing is, they dont care. its like, they dont even try to pee outside. if they could, they would just pee inside. what do i do?

How Can I Get My Havanese Puppy To Sleep In His Crate – He Just Won’t Go In There?

We just got a 12 week havanese puppy – 1) he won’t even go near the crate – I’ve put treats in there and still won’t go near 2) He cries and barks all night long. Right now his room is the laundry room – that is where I have his crate. I put his toys in there as well as a treat. During the night he will cry/bark AND is destructive with the crate. He drags it by the soft blanket inside as if he hates the crate! Help!! I have heard crate training is the best – but I can’t even get him to feel comfortable in the crate.
