I Am Tossing Up Between A Toy Poodle, Bichon Frise, Havanese Or Miniature Schnauzer?

These are the only breeds as i am looking at because the dog will live mostly indoors and i need low shedding. I have a four year old who is great with dogs and loves to play with them. I don’t want to look at any other breed. Does anyone have experience with any of these breeds with kids?
