Anyone Out There Have A Havanese?

I have a 7 month old Havanese puppy and I could not love her any more than I do. Please tell me if you have a Havanese and what you think about the breed.

How Can I Get My Havanese Puppy To Sleep In His Crate – He Just Won’t Go In There?

We just got a 12 week havanese puppy – 1) he won’t even go near the crate – I’ve put treats in there and still won’t go near 2) He cries and barks all night long. Right now his room is the laundry room – that is where I have his crate. I put his toys in there as well as a treat. During the night he will cry/bark AND is destructive with the crate. He drags it by the soft blanket inside as if he hates the crate! Help!! I have heard crate training is the best – but I can’t even get him to feel comfortable in the crate.
