These are the only breeds as i am looking at because the dog will live mostly indoors and i need low shedding. I have a four year old who is great with dogs and loves to play with them. I don’t want to look at any other breed. Does anyone have experience with any of these breeds with kids?

i live in an apartment
i prefer something that the easiest to house break , and litter box train
i will probably take it for a daily walk but not longer than 45 min – hour
i can play with it for hours, usually i am home all day long in summer , but less in the winter ( may be i am down 4 days for 6 hours)
i dont have allergies ( i think)
there isnt much grooming places in my country
i would like dogs who dont salivate much
very small size , and intelligent to learn tricks!
i feel i am writing a cv but since i live with my mom , if i get something that bothers her , i will never hear the end of it!
