Questions About My 5 Month Old Havanese Pup?

I have a 5 month old Havanese. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She is an absolute sweetie, but I have a few questions about some things she does. First a bit of information…
She is scheduled to be spayed in August, when she is 6 months old. I have a 6 year old female spayed Bichon too and they are best friends. I rescued the Bichon at 8 months old. No previous puppy experience.
my questions are: she seems to be frightened of her reflection and barks at herself if she sees her reflection in the fridge, fireplace.. etc…Is this normal puppy behavior? She can be quite vocal around other dogs. I walk her regularly and have taken her to off leash parks, but due to my fear of bigger dogs attacking her, off leash is not my favorite place to go. Does she need to be socialized more? She chews my books if I do not put them up high enough. She has a lot of chew treats and toys, but books seem to be her favorite.
I have used the spray bottle thing when she barks, but she thinks its a game and loves water. I have the bitter yuk stuff and it works at times to prevent her from chewing stuff she shouldn’t. She is potty trained, knows sit, down, off, etc.
any input is greatly appreciated.. thanks in advance

She’s still a baby and is teething so keep the stuff you want to keep up and out of her reach. The reflection well she thinks it’s another dog to play with and is barking because she can really. Like a child when they find their voice and won’t shut up. I use to tell my dog shhh and put my finger on my lips. After a while he learned and he would still bark but more like a whisper it was funny. If she starts to nip and chew on you hold her bottom jaw and pull it to her chest and hold it there until she yelps your not hurting her she yelps because she can’t get away. And tell her NO NO BITING. be firm. When she does something wrong show her what she did tell her no firmly then ignore her NO I’m mad at you you are a BAD dog. Praise her highly when ever she does something good. Treat her like a child and she will learn alot in a short time.
