My Havanese Is 10 Mts Old, She Is Paper Trained (pee) But Will Not Poo On The Paper.?

That’s a good thing, she needs to do it outside.

A Havanese can be hard to “catch” pooping.
Best thing you could do is have her in sight all the time.
Or in her crate. The minute she comes out of her crate, or you see her start to sniff and circle, take her outside, or wherever, and WAIT WITH HER, when she poops, tell her what a good job she did and maybe even give her a treat.
Shouldn’t take more than a few days and she will start to tell you when she needs to go.

retrain the dog to go outside, not on paper
