Especially living in an apartment where your neighbors will be hearing and seeing everything. Just because a dog is little does not mean it does not need the same amount of exercise as a big breed. They actually have more pent up anxiety issues because of the lack of exercise people give smaller breeds. I have a pug and he is worse than my two weimaraners. Good luck and I hope that you help your new friend live a balanced life.
