At the age your puppy is at, they have some bladder control. If you go about house training the correct way, it shouldn't take more than about 2 weeks, keeping in mind you'll still be having the occasional accident.

It took me a good year to train my Havanese.Havanese pups are real smart and very playful so as long as thier getting attention from you they will absorb everything you teach it.They have good memories too.I trained mine to pee outside in about two weeks.Everytime it peed inside the house a roll a newspaper up and smack it's nose [LIGHTLY] say 'NO' loud and clear while he sees where he done his thing at.,letting him know that the sound 'no' means he hasdone something wrong and and saying it loud and clear to get his attention.
