Plus they are from Bichon stock so they are low allergenic too. They are soley companion dogs (it's what they have been bred for). They have to have some good features as they have been around since the 1700's. I was looking for a smaller breed since I'm getting a bit older and the Afghans are a little much for me. Did a lot of research and met several of them before I decided to get one, I'm SO glad I did! My little Tommy is cute, smart, eager to please, not yappy or snippy. This is a really nice breed. I have a Havanese and my best friend is a top Breeder.
