I have a Crested and have had all those breeds in classes.
Cresteds are smart, affectionate, and VERY funny. The hairless ones will need sweaters and coats if it is cold in the winter, and they will need to be watched when they go out to make sure they potty. If it is a powderpuff you will need to keep him buzzed down or be brushed regularily because their hair will mat (as do most the other breeds you are talking about, except maybe the Pap).
Silkies and Yorkiers ARE terriers and do act like it. MOST small breeds tend to be a bit ‘busy’ and barky.
Most small breeds are a favorite for questionable breeders. Get yours from a someone who shows their dogs. They may be a bit more expensive (and sometimes are not), but often the cheap dogs can get very expensive in Vet bills and heartache later on. Spend a little more if you have to, you will probably have him for 14+ years and it is worth it.
I work with Dogs ( I’m a petsitter) and I love Yorkies!!! if you train them well they are great dogs.. good luck!
